Eating clean never tasted so good 🤤
I’m always on the hunt for healthy food stores bcs I wanna treat my body to a good feast aaaand I generally love healthy food! They taste good and they make you feel even better 🌞 And Fittie Sense delivered that!
The food: 5/5! Definitely! Every food that we ordered from the breakfast to the lunch to even dessert was AMAZING. If I had to recommend 1 thing, it’d be the CARROT BEETROOT CAKE!! I LOVED IT SO MUCH! I love moist carrot cakes and this hit every single spot! It tasted so so good which I honestly didn’t expect because when I first read the ingredients I was like hmm.... but fear not because the bakers know what they are doing! It tasted phenomenal! Not too sweet, not too much cream cheese, still had the classic carrot cake flavour and super moist! Absolutely HIGHLY recommend! Next up, the Fittie Granola! Absolutely amazing! For RM17, you’re really getting your money’s worth. Jam packed with nuts, fruits and tart yoghurt, it satisfied my granola cravings 100%! Finally, the Nasi Ulam with Green Curry (which is a Saturday special so catch it while its there)! Really good, appetising and SUUUPER BIG PORTION so it’s good to share!
Drinks: 2/5 :( I ordered the Tickle Me Pink which is a beetroot and rose latte with soy milk and it was really disappointing :( I really like flavoured lattes and this was just abit too watery for me and it tasted like bland pandan milk. At RM15 for it, I would have much rather have the cake or a meal 🤷🏻‍♀️
Service: 3/5. Adequate, nothing to complain really except that they can be abit unattentive. My granola was forgotten at one point, I had to ask for water twice and they even forgot to bring my carrot cake. However, I’d like to praise one of the waiters (a little on the short side with slicked hair), sorry I didn’t get your name! But he was really kind and tended to all my requests x
Overall, I loved Fittie Sense! As a person who values breakfast as my favourite meal of the day, Fittie Sense’s food and vibe was great! Super instagrammable and amazing variety of food that will keep you satisfied while treating your body to the health and nutrients it needs!
most definitely provides an interesting menu! the konjac laksa was alright... extremely small portioned though. the chicken satay was good, the summer salad was good as well, really refreshing! the best part was the building your own plate in which we ordered the quinoa fried rice w mushroom, 3 chili bean and the seared seabass to which all were incredible and the best thing we ordered of the lot.
It's great to see somewhere offering alternative healthy food to all the carb heavy stuff around. Pleasant atmosphere and good food. Coffee was just ok though which was a pitty. I probably wouldn't come here for comfort food but I do feel better about myself afterwards.

This place prides itself for being genuinely healthy and it’s very apparent from the menu. We ordered the pasta (zucchini noodles or zoodles) and steak and egg. Large flat white for rm13 was also quite interesting. Food was healthy and delicious. The only downside is that it’s quite expensive for what it is: lightly grilled and poached food. Having said that, it’s really difficult to find a healthy cafe in KL, so would come back when I am on a strict diet.
I went there with a friend and we ordered the japanese sweet potato, zoodles, keto salmon, tickle me pink and I love you so matcha. The japanese sweet potato salad was very enjoyable with its apple cider vinegar cinnamon honey dressing. The dressing was a bit of a shock as it had more of a jam consistency rather than being very liquid like how normal salad dressing would be. The zoodles were spicier than expected but that made it taste even better! My friend said that the keto salmon was cooked very well, with its skin being just crispy enough.Â
Unfortunately, the drinks didn't live up to our expectations. They looked good, but the soy milk totally overpowered the matcha and the rose flavours. The service however was amazing! The waiters were very friendly and helpful.
Food was delicious but rm16 for such a small portion of sweet potato fries was steep. It also took really long for each dish to come out despite myself being the only ordering customer at that time. That’s definitely something they could improve on.
Food is healthy, authentic and refreshing. Love that they have a generous menu range to cater for all dietary needs (gluten free, dairy free, paleo, sugar free, vegan). Shepherd’s pie and harissa chicken were both great, with well balanced flavor. Definitely have to try their nice cream as well - made only from frozen bananas and other fruits, no added sugar or additives. :)
