budget restaurant with great coffee. we lived 5 days in Kuala lumpur, and this was my breakfast point. food was good and staff was friendly.

A good choice for veg food. It is a clean and hygienic place as compared to other restaurants in Little India. Paneer gravies are quite decently prepared. One can opt for Kadhai paneer.
Vegetarian heaven indeed. The kottu paratha is done to perfection. The ambience is as a generic Indian restaurant. Service staff are attentive but inconsistent. Sometimes they're on it and sometimes they're aren't. I must say it's not detrimental to the diner's experience.
This is my go to spot whenever I'm in Brickfields. They only serve vegetarian food so don't be surprised if you order a chicken dish and get served mock chicken ( My first time π ). I am obsessed with their chilli prawns and coffee. The only downside is the place is usually crowded so it's a bit difficult to get the waiters' attention and a place to sit. Prices are usually reasonable.
