Kitchen Art Brasserie located at Level Two of Empire Hotel Subang offers a lively and trendy all-day with a’la carte and buffet selection that will please even the most ardent gastronome. Blending seamlessly with the uber cool Shout Lounge, featuring expansive windows and a magnificently flowing ceiling, it is a guaranteed knockout experience with food for thought and feasts for the eyes, surely an irresistible proposition that is music to the ears.

Suppose one of the advantages of being a blogger is that you get invited to events and at the recent event held at Empire Hotel, it came with this buffet. Been here once before and that time, I wasn't really impressed with the array of dishes. This time, somehow, food tasted a whole lot tastier. Maybe because I was hungry, I skipped breakfast and I only had some biscuits for lunch before this meal at about 4pm.

The Prawn Mee - gosh!, heavenly pleasing, the ice-kacang - not too bad, the penget pisang, my kind of dessert and the kerabu, mee hoon and masak lemak - made my day.
