Kiwami Yakiniku is one of the rarer gems these days. The perfectionist chef offers you nothing short of a serious epicurean experience for connoisseurs looking for the freshest ingredients cooked in the most authentic Japanese method. Most ingredients are so rare they must be imported and not available locally. Remember to ask the chef for daily specials and their imported ingredients and dishes. No frills, no show, no mediocre presentations to make up for less than great culinary skills. If you want great quality ingredients, this IS your place.
