Awesome food, awesome space. My fave has to be the mentaiko mayo chicken teriyaki, which is on their lunch set menu! Flavourful and affordable.
Prettiest place ever ! The food may be a little steep but portion is big and very filling. Presentation is soooo pretty and perfect for catching up with friends. Also love all their cakes and desserts!
Came here for my assignment as it looks quiet and cozy from the outside. Turns out, it was indeed quiet and cozy. Loved the environment. Good workplace. Cakes were great too.
Healthy organic food with clean and simple environment, not overcrowded despite they only have one floor. Service is good especially they help to put on candle on my self bring cake (which candles was not provided) as well as laying the cake well in front of the birthday girl with assistance of lighting the candles.
Overall is fine for me but for my family who's used with normal Chinese cuisine seems to find the taste out of their comfort zone.
Pleasantly surprised with their diverse menu. Started off with delicious warm scones that perfectly melt in your mouth and mouthwatering truffle fries!! Tried 3 mains and all of them were good!
Nara Donburi was a comforting bowl of rice, salmon, miso cucumbers, onsen egg topped with nori. The truffle mayo added a immensely nice touch! So much love!
Chicken and waffles was something new for me. Never knew maple syrup would go so well with chicken!?
Tobiko pasta was sooooo rich and creamy!! I loved it so much! Full of flavor and such a delight for sore eyes.

Visited Nara Kitchen & Co that in Damamsara Uptown few days ago. My second time of being thr and I like the interior so much, IG worthy🔥
I've tried their Nara Donburi and Lemon Tart so far. The Nara Don was a quite clean n healthy dish and it tasted so so good. For the lemon tart, hmm okay for me but not so fancy for it. The Salted Caramel definitely worth a try.
The ambience is very cozy and the price is reasonable. Will definitely visit again.
A different concept from other cafes in town. Healthy foods and beverages with acceptable taste and edible flowers. Should try on their flowery breakfast puddig and secret garden mocktail .
Had high expectations for this place as I've been seeing friends checked in pretty often these past several months...Loved the salted caramel ice cream root beer and cereal/oats breakfast dish but the rest was pretty but tasted so-so...Instagram friendly dishes but don't expect too much on the labour...
Fell in love at the first sight with their Kinfolk-styled interior, Nara Kitchen & Co. is located on Damansara Uptown, on the same row with Softsrve and The Good Batch.
The place is not spacious but they got enough seats for up to 30 people. We ordered Chicken & Waffle, Nara Donburi, and Waffle Fries Poutine. I have to say that their dishes are pretty slash photogenic slash instagramable yet soooo delicious! I love the Chicken & Waffle. It was savory and the chicken was crispy. It was maybe not the best chicken I had ever had but it blended with the waffle very well. And the maple syrup made everything went much more better.
The Nara Donburi was also good. Another recommended menu here. And the Waffle Fries Poutine was also my favorite. The portion was quite big for an appetizer hence it can be a main course.
Sadly I did not have chance to try their desserts even though it looked nice. I will definitely come here again if I get a chance, to try their other dishes.
