Tonight had my dinner at Rest Ping Wah. I always like the "deep fried ma yau fish". Most of the time was well done to my taste bud. My family likes it. Tonight was a great disappointment. The fish was over fried, so flesh was hard n I had to struggle to finish as much as I could as my children rejected the overfried Fish . Was indeed a let down.

I grew up having their famous potato dish, was devastated when the owner sold the business.... But the new owner manage to maintain its recipe till the present day, love and enjoy every moment of it!!!! Yumzzzzz
