Very nice quaint little neighbourhood restaurant that is rather popular for its chicken and char siew. The previous time I came, i had those dishes and it was great! The Char siew particularly, i really liked.

Came again to try the white curry mee but it was rather disappointing. The broth was very flat and the sambal was too spicy (I only mixed half of the sambal portion in the pic). The sambal tastes different from what I would normally get with white curry mee.

Would still come back for the char siew and chicken!

I dont really is a chicken rice fan, seriously. As I found them oily and less healthy. Yet, this restaurant utterly change my mind towards chicken rice. In short, I would say: let's give them a try.

What's make them outstanding?
They declaimed only serve chicken whichever free from vaccines, growth hormone and antibiotics.
All chickens are lean but meaty. Taste flavourful but no MSG added.

Always, chicken rice isn't my first choice when feel hungry. But my friend, Jason, he asked me to give them a try. So, I went.
Their restaurant is small but clean. Service crews are efficient and friendly. Waiting food period is short and menu is directly.

We ordered dried kuey teow served with curry chicken, one pork ball soup, one bean sprouts and soup Kuey teow with steamed chicken.
Let's talk about kuey teow,they are fresh enough to put in my mouth, springy but never go mushy. Their soup served with sprinkled spring onion.soup looks clear, even normal. But taste really good, full of chicken aroma. You also realised that surface of soup got least chicken oil. So u got least "sinful" feeling after this meal. However, I have to say This soup really perfect match with their kuey teow.
Pork ball : I believed this isn't homemade pork ball, maybe outsource from others since pork ball isn't their core item. Anyhow,tastes good too.
Next, their steamed chicken,well, they looks really lean but meaty.meat are smooth,even juicy. Even their chicken breast meat also never pull you down, it is really tender and juicy too.
Curry chicken: this ,definitely is Chinese style curry chicken, I like it though. The meat are prefect cooked and flavourful. One thing to highlight here, it never goes oily but can't stop to eat them since your first bite.

Warmth hints: they will serve different dessert daily. Hence, ask for it if you crave for it. Their pumpkin dessert is high recommended by nearby neighborhood, no harm to give it a try.
