This is such a lovely place to stay because of it’s location and especially the quality of the staff. Alexander on the front desk is excellent as are the wait staff in the dining room.

We had a rocky start but staff at the Pullman have worked hard to make everything so much better. Thank you to Elizabeth for listening to our concerns. You are a shining star. We were upgraded on our wedding anniversary to a luxurious Suite on the 22nd floor. There was a gorgeous cake congratulating us on our wedding and towels folded into swans on our bed. Our suite is amazing and the staff have been so lovely. Thank you to Nurul and Mahidir for looking after us every morning at breakfast. Your service is warm, welcoming and friendly and we will miss you both. We're having a wonderful anniversary now. Thank you Pullman Miri xxxx
