4 nights - 2 families - we stayed in the Family rainforest chalets with the buffet breakfast and 2 x dine around dinners. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable great views and really peaceful - super helpful friendly staff - great restaurants with good selections of fresh food - loved the pool and pool bar ���. The drivers prompt � we didn’t have to wait ever. The nature walk although hot was informative and we saw some native wildlife. Loved the ��. We also did a island hoping tour through the hotel - � we had a great time ������

My family and I justed returned home from a wonderful 12 days at this beautiful resort. First week we stayed in adjoining chalet in rainforest which was simply stunning , listening to all nature sounds and seeing the huge horn birds land just 10 metres from our room . One of our rooms leaked due to heavy rains so we were upgraded to a much bigger chalet with beautiful views of the ocean and also gave us a voucher for a free buffet dinner for the inconvenience! Yes the rooms could possibly do with an upgrade but hey they were clean and comfortable, you really don’t spend that much time in your room anyway , too busy lazing by the pool, walking along the beach , enjoying the delicious food by the all the many restaurants and of course exploring this beautiful island , with many activities and sights . The staff were lovely and sweet , always smiling, I will miss seeing the cheeky monkeys on our balcony and the big gecko visiting us at night , not to mention the cheeky squirrels stealing the sugar from the beach restaurant! If u love nature and all that comes with it , I recommend!! Simply stunning!
The staff are friendly, the environment is superb. Our room is located in the jungle where we can easily hear insect sound, see the animals around. The staff is very attentive, the coffee table on the balcony was rocking and we put a newspaper underneath without reporting to the hotel. After the room was cleaned, the coffee table was fixed. And in one time the tv in our room was not working, staff came so quick and changed another tv for us.
