Personally, this is the best most authentic Chinese Muslim noodle joint. This is my go-to place whenever I’m craving for chinese food.
My favourites are the Braised Beef Noodle and Stir-fried Chicken Noodle With Vegetables. Both are awesome. If you’re into soupy noodle, go for Braised Beef Noodle.
The highlight of it all is of course the noodle itself. Its freshly hand-pulled made-to-order. The noodle is a bit chewy, theres no oily acidy chalky taste to it, and the portion is enormous. I’m a big eater and I’m full with a bowl.
I like the restaurant setting, with the waiter and ‘The Noodle Master’, they are authentic Chinese Muslims. And i don’t think they are Malaysian, probably from Xinjiang, China from the Uighur ethic (this is just my guess of course). Everything give you that authentic experience you want while slurping your noodle. By the way I used to go to the Kungfu Ramen at The Summit USJ. But since I can’t find it here, I went for the closest relative.
Its competitor, Salam Noodle, is a non-competitor against Kungfu Ramen’s noodle.
As for the cons, I must say that aside from my 2 favourites here, nothing else draws my attention. My friend tried the rice menu and he wasn’t as pleased. I’ve tried the dumpling, not very happy too, the best dumpling is by Salam Noodle by the way, and I’ve tried the bread, also nope, won’t repeat it.
Semua menu sangat sedap. I can say the best mee tarik in town. They made it fresh upon order. Dumplings also one of the best selection. Food arrived hot. Their chilli paste is amazing. Quite pack during lunch and dinner time.
Great place to satisty ramen cravings. Handmade springy noodle in hot flavourful broth. Very tasty and yummy. Serves rice and fried noodle too! Service quiet good but can be slow during dinner hours.
