I don’t remember how many times I’ve been here. The cafe is very homely and cozy. The boss is extremely friendly and nice. During my last visit me and my friends afraid that we didn’t bring enough of cash so we asked the boss if we could pay with cards which is not available at the cafe so the boss asked us to order first and can get the money later from the bank after we finish our food.
Oh and did I mention about the food tasted great too. I’m vegetarian so vege egg rice is my only go to (they have more option but vege egg rice is too delicious for me to choose others). My bf not a vegetarian he tried other dishes with meat but he said vege egg rice taste the best. If you’re not a coffee drinker like me can give buckwheat tea a try it’s so darn good my bf and friends always order it after the first try.
The crispy lard rice is simple yet delicious . Don’t add egg to the rice because it will cover the taste of the original taste. The drinks are nice too. Remember to order their desserts. 5 stars!!
I like CAT rice & Lamb meat rice which are right portion for me as less rice. Blooming Flower Tea is ok for sharing two person. The Boss treated a testing coffee for me and friendly.

Boss even walk over to explain on the hand brew coffee and asking for feedback. This something that make your customer feel warm.
It has a strong Chinese nostalgic ambiance, but it's actually a Japanese fusion cafe. Such a perfect place for late night comfort food! Warm Japanese rice mixed with other ingredients in a bowl is the best meal ever!
今天来介绍的是位于OUG的Midsummer cafe仲夏夜，位置于myBurgerlab的同排。这是一家很特别的 cafe，营业时间是从下午一直到深夜，提供“夜猫子”溜达的地方，还有宵夜能暖肚。. 这里的美食都属于比较小分量的。而多春鱼饭 (RM 10) 是最令欧巴怀念的。一碗热腾腾的珍珠米饭，铺上甜中带咸的多春鱼，再加上那芝麻，真的是好滋味。除此之外，还有放上一颗滑蛋，让口感更加层出不穷。
I like a simple Shishamo Egg Rice - it is great tasty! I love sweet BBQ with half-cooked egg.
I like to be scientist to pour few drops of milk, coffee and choco on the Choco Ice Cube into my cup! So funny! Good taste to drink the Mixed chocolate with coffee, cool!
Shishamo Egg Rice, Dragonfruit dessert and Pineapple coffee are not listed in the Midsummer Night's menu. That is why a staff lady suggest us to try their special weekdays, so we chose them. First time, I drink the Pineapple Coffee but, I am not "Coffee" fan, sorry! I think that it is good idea to put the mix fruit into the coffee. My youngest sis enjoyed her Pineapple Coffee so very much!
