The place itself is quite which is good for couple peovate dining. During my time , there was a group of students were celebrating a birthday. They have to keep their voice slow which i can tell here its is not that merry to celebrate a group bday here . The food is nice , the presentation is good . If you want something fancier , try to arrange a table decorater as the table is just prepared with a very small candle . The evolving floor is good it just not as smooth as KL Tower . The view is mostly blocked with close buildings but still you can able to see the KL Tower and KLCC from your seat. It a affordable dining place !

Wow, I visited this place during my visit from India this summer. This is a one of a kind restaurant in KL. The restaurant revolves slowly and one can get an awesome view of KL, since it is situated at the 18th floor of Federal Hotel. A must visit in KL!

An elegance night spent at Bintang Revolving Restaurant @ Federal Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy a fine dining experience with 360 degree of KL night views with KLCC & KL Tower at Level 18 of Federal Hotel. Do not worry of where to sit, just pick a table and get seated and you will get the spectacular 360 degree views of Kuala Lumpur City Center within 60 minutes (t takes about 60 minutes to go one round).

A very nice atmosphere for fine dining, food quality is above average but overall experience is good, it takes about an hour for the restaurant to revolves one round and you can enjoy the CBD view in KL with Twin Towers & KL Tower.
