Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Had the high tea menu- selection of food was filling, tasted wonderfull, served warm and really quite faultless! Staff exceeded their levels of hospitality. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and hospitable throughout the time. It was certainly a memorable experience.

Love afternoon tea at majestic hotel especially their scones 😋 my experience to have their afternoon tea set at Orchid conservatory was good and attentive . Last but not least, the environment in the room was relaxing as well. Kindly make reservation in advance especially during weekends ☺️

Here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia we bullied our way into the orchid room at the Majestic Hotel. Apparently enjoying a service here is so coveted that reservations during the weekday require a month in advance wait and a reservation during the weekend is three months in advance notice. And here we were strolling in just before the 3pm seating and being given a seat right away.
