I just love this place and come from other side of town for their coconut latte and sunshine bowl. The servers are a bit grumpy at first, but when you crack a smile they’re actually very nice and helpful. It just gets very busy here so they deal with a lot of people. I love their mochi cake and really everything I tried here was pretty damn good. So thank you guys for running this place!
Had our first visit here in Rubberduck and I would say that this is an amazing visit. We ordered Roast Chicken w mashed and vegetable, Chicken Pot Pie, iced Chai Latte and an iced flat white which the total bill comes out to RM68. Believe it or not, the price is affordable and justifiable with the portion and flavour. We loved it especially the crunch on the roast chicken’s skin. What surprise me is that Rubberduck served our drinks with metal straw which I’m totally amazed with.
Overall, brilliant experience and I’d definitely make my second and forth visit the next time. Keep up the good work, Rubberduck team! ❤️
Verdict: only cash is accepted nonetheless not a big deal
The ambience is nice. Food aint bad. The salmon bowl is kinda good. Just maybe, add more utensils. Hard for me to find a fork. Other than that, everything is good

I highly recommend the roast chicken and quesadillas here. Unfortunately, coffee is average. The high ratings for this cafe is justified, especially given that the prices seem quite reasonable. A roast Chicken dish is rm23. Other brunch places would have charged rm30+
When life gives you lemons, you hold the main meal and dive straight onto heavenly dessert! The swoonworthy tarte au Citron Meringuée -Ideal for sweet tooths who prefer a sweet lemon tart with a gentle zesty tang. After demolishing the tart, redeemed thyself with something healthy: like the Salmon Poke Bowl. Service is iffy, if its very hectic, they tend to forget 1 or 2 orders and you do end up waiting a good old 30 mins or so. Seating can be challenging, it is a busy place, not too great for large groups. Order at the counter.
Much loveeee for this place. I love their breakfast especially! Their smoothies bowl and their poke bowl is awesome too! ❤️ my favourite breakfast!
This one is definitely a keeper! A very different vibe to the typical cafe or restaurant. Food is AMAZING and there are plenty of healthy options (that don’t taste like feet!). The lamb salad is definitely a favourite. Other favourites include the Potato Hash and Cheeseburger.
i didnt know what to expect the first time i dined here but boy was i impressed! straight off, i wanted to try the salt beef but they were out. so i tried the pokebowl and i was seriously blown away! it looked simple but it was more than that. the pickled radish and sauce were both knockouts and i was beyond satisfied. the beet latte was not really my thing, sadly though.
on my next trip, i managed to try the salt beef sandwich and i wasn’t disappointed.
overall, i really love this unassuming place. the staff are friendly and efficient. i highly recommend this to one and all!
Lovely environment.. the open sesame sandwich was awesome.. the salt beef was even better.. will definitely go again and try more.. friendly staff as well..
My family and I had brunch back in August 2017 and were extremely pleased with the food especially the Beef Stew with melting tender beef chunks and tasty beefy sauce. I also enjoyed the Open Sesame chicken sandwich – very refreshing and light, thanks to the generous amount of tomato salsa and cilantro. Both the Poke Bowl and Salt Beef Salad came with generous amount of fresh salmon sashimi and salt beef respectively. We had Avokiwi, Berry and Sunshine and they were all quite tasty but my favourite is Sunshine. The Lemon Tart was delightful with its tangy kick and mild sweetness level. The only thing we didn’t quite enjoy was the Hummingbird – too sweet and unexpectedly chewy. However one bad dessert would not deter us from coming back again. The prices are reasonable for such hearty delicious portions.
