I'll always visit this place if I'm craving for good udon, my all time favourite would be cold Ontama Bukkake with some fried sides. Their udon is springy and the satisfying onsen egg. The pricing are reasonable for me.
Have my Japanese dinner while loitering around the area. Tried on their curry beef udon after crawling for some Japanese food. Food was acceptable. Curry was not spicy, suitable for kids and adults. Beef was nice too.
I have tried their ontama curry udon and it is quite satisfying, there is a rich aroma of japanese curry and the egg is soft and delicious. The environment is also quite good but there will be a lot of people during weekend so make sure you have a seat before you queue to order your food. 😊😊👍👍
Visited here for lunch and it was delicious! I wish they had this concept in Perth. They hand make their udon noodles. I ordered the ordinal udon & selected some tempura fish, prawn, sweet potato. We also tried the curry cheese udon was so yummy!
The curry udon with the onsen egg is really good. The fried add ons are nice but how oily they are varies on certain days. They could be drenched in oil or really crunchy depending on your luck.
The prices have been increased!
Used to be the cheapest place for udon.
Menu has changed and more varieties now. The crowd has lessen. Not as crowded as last time.
Food is good as always but the portion has reduced.
Beef curry udon is really good!
I've eaten in Hanamaru Udon since its first opening in early 2015 (mostly I'll order the Spicy Miso Udon). Maybe it's just me, but recently the taste isn't quite good as in the past. I'm not sure why.
Price-wise, in the span of 2 years, they've increased RM2.80 for each dish (regular and large) -- yes I still have the old brochure of it for comparison purpose. Also, for some reason they removed the yuzu soda drink that was my favourite over there. Again, this puzzles me :(
The place is still very crowded even outside of lunch hours.

Tried their beef udon and their enoki tempura n somethibg like fish cake. N it was really delicious. Price wise, i think it's affordable and reasonable. I eat alone n it cost me rm29 and i'm satisfied. :)
I like their salad udon so fresh and healthy I also like their beef udon and also their steamed egg
Quite convenient location for me I can always grab food there after my gym session
It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in KL city, not only in terms if taste but also in terms of quality, quantity, service, ambience and price. It is an amazing experience not to be found anywhere else.
