Arguably the best Chettinad food in KL. Have been to Betel Leaf a number of times. Most of the items ordered didn't disappoint. The only concern was the restaurant seems a bit understaffed to handle the peak traffic. The waiters have on a few occasions missed our orders, made mistakes in billing etc. Easily solvable by putting in some simple systems for order taking and billing. But management seems uninterested. In terms of food though no question - one of the best in KL

Service was a lot slow on account that the place was full of people and I don't think they were running with maximum staff capacity. The food was good. Would recommend to anyone who has the luxury of time and wants to have Indian cuisine. Incidentally they also sell betel leafs if you want for 0.5 RM

Visited Betel Leaf several times while I was in Kuala Lumpur. The service is prompt and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was very well presented and tasted great. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good homely Indian meal.
I suggest getting either a thali meal or a biryani.

Another place to taste yummy chettinad gravy... really too Gud.. must try. Plain biriyani and chettinad gravy perfect combo. Friday is usually very rush bit diffcult to get place. So go early.

First time here and I can’t wait for second! Food was so amazing 😭 Try the betel leaf chicken and the tenggiri. Price wise obviously higher than most Indian Restaurants you can find in KL, but it is definitely worth it. Service was decent, waitress who was serving us seemed a bit grumpy. Overall good!

It was Really Awesome place for indian out there.. Chetinad Fish Was Mind blowing.. Still have memories if its Taste.. Visited Twice in my 4 day stay.. Awesome Response, taste, ambience, full family restaurant

This place is very close to may bank towers and is part of chain of Indians options that you get. The menu is one of the longest that I have seen till now and has good vegetarian options that are not very overly priced. I took vegetarian thali that costs 12 rm. Before I visited I was not expecting much but given the sizeable crowd, mostly non Indian origin guys, I felt the food must be good. The service is slow, ambience simple and clean.
Food came after 15 minutes and served in plates which needs to be transferred to plantain leaf. The food is tasty and not on pricy side. Everyone liked the meal which is tasty and unlimited.wish the serving was fast.

Been on a vacation with my family to malaysia, must say! This restaurent has been a food saver for a south indian :) Love the food here especially chilli paneer and hakka noodles. Veg biryani is again a disaster dont go for it.

Amazing food! I was not very hungry but was craving Chicken Tikka. Normally only North Indian restaurants do thia well. I was amazed by this restaurant, my tikka tasted very good. I plan to return and try some of the other items on the menu. One let down was the desert. I had the kesar rava, did not taste so nice.
