What a wonderful experience we had at signal eco farm. The moment we stepped into the farm, we felt good and excited. The music that was playing puts us in the happy mood. We had two meals there within the week. The kale & pineapple juice tasted so good and the salad,kale and lettuce as well. I had to buy the kale and pineapple back to kl.
The food prepared was so organic and delicious. It was fantastic to eat the food grown from the farm. There were so many herbs as well. And meeting the owner Mr Lee was a bonus. He is such an amazing and inspiring man. He introduced us to structured water, local herbs and told us so many stories. So full of vitality and life for a person of 71. Despite his heavy schedule, he brought us to get honey and gave us a lift home. Truly blessed by his sharing and his kind heart. It is a must visit place when you are in kk. We left the farm energized, inspired and �.
This meal was single handedly the best meal I have had during my two months of travel in South East Asia! A rich educational environment filled with beauty and run by the kindest people. My partner and I explored the farm and were warmly befriended by the owner prior to sitting down to a meal of fresh, organic fish, veggies, kale pineapple juice and herbal tea that left us feeling satiated and energized! Simply a must see in Kota Kinabalu...in fact we are going back tomorrow to try the duck! Thank you Lee and Signal Hill Farm family!
Really a big learning experience from the owner who started this organic farm as a passion to help his wife recover from chemotherapy. You cannot find a more energetic man who believes in the power of energy from tongkat ali. His kampung chickens are given tongkat ali water for drinking and as far as i know lay the only tongkat ali eggs. He grows also omega carying vegetables. If you are a visitor as i was, your top place to visit in kota kinabalu should be this very interesting farm. Enjoy.
