Earlier today I dropped by the shop to get a meal for a friend. I ordered a burger and fries. What happened was, as I reached my destination I realised that they missed out the fries. So I decided to call the shop, one of the employee apologised and immediately delivered the fries to my doorstep. On top of that the fries are still hot. Thanks for the excellent service. It's truly an unmerited favour!

I have visited quite a few burger shops in Penang and I must say that this particular shop made one of my favorite burgers. From the ingredients selection to the layering of the stack, everything is just so well blended and perfect. Highly recommended! A must try in Penang if you are a burger fan.
