用木材烧热的田甕，其热度超越煤气，难怪鸡皮薄如纸，完全无油脂。放在大甕里一盅一盅的特色炖汤，食材碳化于汤水中，十足的火候逼出其精华，汤头清甜入味，味道口感极佳。老板真的很讲究窯雞的每一个细节，就连大部分原料都是从台湾运过来。他对食物的用心和严格的要求，绝对值得一试。
