The staff is extremely polite and helpful. You can taste and try the selections available before choosing one. Loved the dark chocolate and Milo.
I didn't like how overhype they were when it first opened but after a few years I finally went and I really love their ice cream. They have a galore of flavors to pick from and they have some really unique flavors as well. Let me tell you, the workers there are super friendly but my one bad input is, the shop is really tiny so there aren't many tables and chairs around sometimes especially at night. Overall, I think it's definitely one of my favorite places to get my scoop of ice cream.
The ambience is really nice a good place to catch up with friends and family, the ice cream is rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with their charcoal waffle. The staff service is good as well.

Had the buttermilk waffles with pistachio ice-cream. Crispy and delicious waffles + the ice-cream was creamy and good. They even put small cups for the customers to drink free filtered water.
Best ice cream shop ever! I've been in KL for more than 2 months and maybe have visited inside scoop for 20 times already. The ice cream there is very delicious and you can tell they use very good ingredients for everything.
Rating it for the really good durian ice cream! Never tried others but place seems to always be buzzing, so that should equate it being good enough for many.
Come for the durian ice cream, stay for the onde onde ice cream. The Malaysian flavours they carry are top notch. It is an awesome place to unwind and chill with friends. It's a bit on the pricier side and definitely an indulgence but that suits me fine. Ice cream this good should be savoured in small amounts.
I'm a regular for the Sri Petaling's branch but there was once when I visit the USJ branch and almost ordered the raspberry ice cream but the staff quickly informed me it contains rum! never had such encounters with the Sri Petaling branch though... nevertheless, the staff explains that they used different scoop for the one with rum... other than that, all is the same... same cozy ambience and pretty waffles! oh, if you wish for a quiet place to chill, Inside Scoop can get pretty noisy sometimes heehee
Greaatt ice cream with a lot of unique flavor! Once we're there, my attention goes to the peanut butter and jelly ice cream, and there's also musang king flavor! Too bad im not really into durian. So we decided to order the buttermilk waffle with double scoop of ice cream, pb and j and coconut sorbet (19k). The coconut sorbet was the best! Will definitely come back for that. The waffle wasn't so good, it was too salty and has that aftertaste. The place was unique and comfortable as well, staffs are friendly
went there last night with my two other friends, we ordered charcoal waffle with triple ice cream. The charcoal waffle was so delicious and crispy. I love the texture of the waffle. VERY RECOMMENDED. For the ice cream we picked salted caramel, nutty nutella and the coffee (dont know what it's called), but they mistakenly served peanut butter jelly instead of the coffee. Overall, the salted caramel ice cream is the most suited one for the charcoal waffle, the combination of both will really blow your mind!
Another thing about Inside Scoop is their ambiance. Each store has similar ambiance that is very comfortable. It's like you're in a picnic with your friends. Love it!
I am a big fan of ice-cream so it's hardly for me to resist this place. It's kinda a heaven for me if there's a place that I could hang out while having my favorite vanilla ice-cream.
My evening getting better and better when found out they also serving waffle alongside the ice creams. So wondrous. feels like living in paradise. This is definitely a happy place for me.
