Fresh food with lot of options to choose in vegetable and meat both , spicy and dynamic flavour comes with a choice of Rice or noodles ..loved it
Went to the new shop in sunway pyramid. Ordered spicy dynamic flavour, was super hot. Managed to win rm50 voucher through the spin and win contest. Was super lucky I guess😂
One of my favourite joints here. Love the spiciness and how it enhances the flavour of the other ingredients. Gotta say it can get a little expensive if you’re not careful with what you pick and how much you pick. Also quite easy to get carried away. I’ve learnt my lesson and now i find it pretty reasonable :)
👍🏻 Food: Tired the non spicy and level 1 & 2 spicy 🌶 flavor. All are quite nice.
For spicy, level 1 is more than enough.
Different various of vegetables and meat.
👎🏻 $$$: Quite expensive. (Or maybe I order to much)
👍🏻 Service: Waiter Friendly.
✅ Will go back again.
I love spicy Mala ! Size chuan - spicy yet numbing sensation delicious ... cool thing here is that you get to choose your ingredient ; vege and meat ... pricing depends on the weight ... don't over take ! .. after weighing and payment at the cashier order - noodles or drink - drink ... done and wait for your number
It's so simple and easy ...
Spicy dynamic (spicy level) is just nice!
Must add in enoki mushroom it's a must.
You can add on with either noodles or rice with extra cost (RM2.50 for the rice) and it comes with a small bowl of soup
Wierd concept. And having to weigh your food and pay based on the weight is even weirder. This is where the name shadows the customer I'm afraid and that's something hurting of itself going in this.
No recommendations which is pretty hindering considering, I did ask.
First glance; disappointing.
And because I took my stuff, I wasn't expecting noodles so there's that.
I will be the first to admit that I never liked eating Mala (麻辣) food. But sometimes you just have to go along with the majority’s choice. Hotpot Kitchen in 1 Utama received a lot of online attention recently and they are also well reviewed, so I joined my ‘makan gang’ to check it out.
Surprisingly, I liked it. Main reason being, Hotpot Kitchen’s Mala style has been adapted to appeal to people like me who find the broth too oily and spicy.
Reminds me of my time in Shanghai! Food was tasty, spicy, but yummy! Service was alright. If it was your first time, the cashier would explain how it works. I'm just curious, since they charged us based on the weight of the food we take, shouldn't they remove the plastic containers first?
