The burgers are very juicy and tender👌🏻. The long island strawberry tea is very sweet and too thick. The texas trio however, pricey but worth every penny because the salmon is juicy, tender and has a crispy surface. The beef rib is the best! Hands down. Sadly, the chicken breast is a bit dry.
Though super crowded, food is what matters to me the most! It is a must try den for non veg food lovers! The restaurant has a wide spread area, but yet there is a queue of at least 5-8 people in the afternoon and evening; both times of the day! Your order might get delayed, but it is worth the wait!!

I was asked if it was alright if I seated in the area outside the restaurant and I agreed. While initially, it seemed like it was really difficult to get a server's attention, the server who was assigned to my table/section(Lee Kai Song) was quite quick to realise I was calling him and was attentive to me when I wanted to order and pay my bill.
I got a bottomless tostada chips which were quite excellent but I felt that the salsa was too little when it first came. I even had to ask for a refill of just the salsa halfway through my meal.
The Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl I ordered was perfect and tasted amazing, At times I wish the portion was bigger for it but after snacking on the tostada chips I was stuffed.
I really love that they provide bottomless drinks, especially Coke Zero as I usually go for zero calorie soft drinks.
Also, a huge thanks to my server again because he helped to separate the receipts between the tostada chips and the fresh mex bowl + drinks because my mum was footing the bill for the latter and not the former which was an appetiser I personally splurged on myself.
It has been years and years and years and I never got the chance to but today finally my sister took me to the One Utama branch. I have never dined here because there were always other restaurants I wanted to try, other restaurants I was much familiar with. It's always busy. (One of the reasons why I never dined here)
I had the Lamb Shoulder and it was phenomenal. My sister had their Classic Old Style Cheeseburger(?) The burger was not to my liking, felt the patty was under seasoned but my sister enjoyed it. Reasonable price as well. Would definitely love to come back and try their other dishes. Yums

As the franchise has already explained itself, Chili's never fails to amaze you. With their updates of menus giving a new twist every now and then, always gives me a reason to come back. The Chili's in One Utama is nice, always packed but great service
The place is very nice. Very quiet and classy. Staff very friendly and attentive. The food is good. Had the Oldtimer burger. The patty were really succulent and the fries were nice. Portion is fairly huge. As an average Malaysian, i wasn't able to finish it all myself. Will share the portion next time around.
One of my faave tex-mex restaurant! First of all, their portions are huge! A portion can fit 2 people. My 2 favorite dish here are chipotle chicken crispers and their tacos. Chicken was fried till crispy and golden, plus with the sweet sauce, its makes it even better. You actually can choose the 2 sides that come with the chicken. the onion rings were tasty, and all the sides given are super generous. The tacos, i tried the crispy chicken tacos, but i prefer the grilled one. The black beans were super delicious, cilantro rice was okay
Chili's has some of the best fajitas I've eaten and the portions are real huge. So huge that one person can't eat it all alone. I have a soft corner for Chili's because of the brilliant service I got at the empire mall outlet and the service in all their outlets has been quite good and the foods quite tasty
One of the best chili's outlet. Service was efficient, food came fast. Tasted good and big portion. So much until i had to pack the balance and bring home.
One thing that I'm not very fond of about this chain is that they don't accept reservation. It's like I'm being fussy or anything but to dine at a place with more than 10 people at a time is challenging when you have to walk-in, let alone 20 pax. The wait time is crazy! This outlet is small compared to the others, so really not suitable for large groups. Spinach Queso is a must when dining here. This is the only exception when it comes to appetizers. It's a creamy cheese dip with spinach for RM20+. It is huge! So if budget is a concern, order it if you are with a crowd of 4 and above for a pocket and tummy friendly time, 😘
