The parking was difficult to search- definitely going to this place via grab. The place is well lit and cheerful.
The cashier will tell you where you’ll get your drinks after paying. You’ll received your drinks in the bookshelves like compartment and it’s connected to the kitchen. Which I thought is an amazing idea. Then, the cashier will deliver the set to you.
Ordered Summer Breezy Dessert Set & matcha latte. The set comes with Anmitsu, Mango Sando, Kuzukiri & Lime Yogurt Rolled Cake with a side of Kinako & Kuromitsu. Eating them with full of feels ^_^
Got the tiramisu flavour and I love the fillings& the topping. The only downside is that the ice is not refined well.
Had visited this spot during my holidays and I really loved the concept of the kakigori. We quite liked the uji brulee and the chocolate. Might bring it to a whole new level if the shave ice was more refine. The decor of the store was simple and bright.
Tried the avocado 🥑 ice shaved. The amount of avocado is not so little , worth with the money 💰 that was paid(18rm smthing). Honestly, i prefer Mykakigori better. Their shaved ice really soft, pretty and melt very well in ur mouth. But, this one is a good try too, and the set up of the store is nice.
The space is small but the ambience is so cozy, and very well lit. Honey Rose Baklava was really good. The honey was so fragrant and there are bunch of crunchy elements — filo pastry shards, honey comb and pistachio. These really gave it a nice texture while enjoying the dessert. The shaved ice was very milky. The rose component is subtle but you can definitely smell and taste its presence. A beautiful mess indeed.
Had great time at here with friend, soft custard reminds me of Purin~ decent price for shaved ice and learnt a new word: kakigori = shaved ice 😆
Couldn’t found the Pavilion branch on Zomato so I will leave my review here. Me and my bf there Sunday late night after dinner. I was craving for something sweet and found this place, so we decided to bought kakigori with Uji Matcha Brule flavor. The kakigori was soft and sweet, and you can share it up to three people because this is a lot. 😅 Overall, I recommend this to you.
A great pitstop to fulfil your sweet tooth needs! The kakigori (shaved ice with flavoured syrup - basically Japanese ice kacang 😂) is their flagship dessert but they also offer other Japanese sweet treats like dango, pudding, etc. Their watermelon kakogori is by far my favourite and very refreshing from the Malaysian heat.
Tasty ice shavings! The grass jelly is my favorite. I really love their ice cream too. However, it’s really pricey to enjoy being fat and having a risk of diabetes 😕
Definitely worth a try for sweet tooth lover! The presentation is superb and the shaved ice portion is generous enough to share by 2-3 people. Love their D24 Durian Chocolate so much and will come back again for it!!! 🤤

Such a perfect dessert on hot days (which is most days in Malaysia HAHAHA)
The portion is humongous and honestly very worth it! Unless you wanna try different flavours, one should be enough for 2-3 people depending on your appetite!
The watermelon one is amaaaazing and very generous with pistachios while the tiramisu one is really good as well!
The lighting is soo lovely as well and the service is great too!

the desserts were pleasant, there's definitely room for improvement since it's so overpriced for its quality but presentation wise gets an A+ from me. the tiramisu kakigori could've had more grass jelly or surprises inside it rather than just full on ice after you get past the cream part. the best for me was the swiss roll yam cake, that was really good since there was a thick yam filling. the rest was just adequate.
Went there few times and definitely will go again! Taste great especially the strawberry bingsu! The staff is friendly and environment is nice!
Their shaved ice was lacking of taste, not sweet. But the cream thing on it was amazingly soft and interesting. Their mochi was really good, very recommended. As a person who doesn't like matcha, theirs is really nice! The original one is still my favourite. Enviroment and surrounding is nice. Overall would only go back for the mochi! tldr; 4 stars for enviroment, presentation and mochi!
As expected, the shaved ice is tasty and worth its' price 😍 went to 2 outlets, Taman Paramount & Gardens mall, so far. I prefer Taman Paramount than the other one because it's more spacious and aesthetic IMO 😉

Great kakigori - if not the best in town! Their matcha kakigori was really rich in flavor, just like how it’s supposed to be like. On the other side, the elderflower was on a tangier note and definitely more milky!
Very nice place to chill. The interior made me even more calmer while having my ice shaved. Also the ice shaved is very smooth & the flavour is not too sweet which is just nice. I think the service and everything are much more better than in Mid Valley outlet, just my opinion.
Ordered the watermelon and tiramisu. Taste good for a hot sunny day and they have this self service counter. So make sure to check your number but the staffs are very friendly and they’ll remind you in case you forgot. Probably one of the prettiest interior I’ve ever seen for a small space
Love the minimalism and the cute self-service counter! Of course, the hojicha kakigori was yums as well. My friend ordered matcha latte which was so good too! The only thing to improve is the maintenance of the place as some parts of the shop are a bit rundown.

Had a wide variety of shaved ice, and the houjicha Swiss roll was delicious! But the shaved ice was abit on the sweet side. Definitely worth a try!
Personally like their Muachi instead of the Uji Matcha I have tried. Location is so so as it is difficult to find a parking over there and the sound from outside of the road can be heard clearly, it is noisy.
It's definitely in my to-go list for yumcha with my buddies. Matcha lovers should not miss the chance to try out their kakigori and their newly made roll cakes as they are rich in matcha taste and aroma.
Nice environment, nice ambience, I really like the idea of serving our desserts on the shelves. The desserts must be eaten quickly, if not it'll fall and it will be chaotic.
Tried the hojicha kakigori and warabimochi in soybean & matcha flavor. I absolutely loved the hojicha kakigori because of the strong tea flavor but my friends felt that the tea flavor was too strong. Personal preferences I guess! As for the warabimochi, we all agreed that the soy bean mochi was the clear winner as compared to the matcha mochi. It melted right off our tongues. TBH i wish I didn't have to share.
Will be back to try the other kakigori flavors and for more soybean warabimochi!!! :)

It was not hard to find where this place is , however parking - hard to find on a weekend. Mochi was YUMS ! seriously it melts in your mouth. Kakigori - you must choose the ones with espuma on top - if not it would be quite bland. Those fruit based are quite 'medicine'ish for me. Tiramisu is the best :D ... however the recent Chestnut Milk - topple 5 minutes into makaning - not stable much ?
Been wanting to visit this Japanese style dessert and finally able to try it! I can guarantee you that it's worth to try their shaved ice!!! It's located as the same row as Shokudo Japanese Curry rice and Awesome Canteen. You take your order from the wooden shelf according to your order number and place your trunk back to a aluminium window before leaving. All is self-service. The environment is super nice and it is so comfy to stay there. I will definitely come back again with friends.
One of the first pioneers to introduce kakigori to malaysia. Love the overall aesthetics of this place, both food and interiors are pure eye candy! Watch out for the limited edition / seasonal flavors that they regularly come with! Props for creativity! 1 serving of kakigori is best shared for two, recommended for hot days! Gets crowded during weekends so come early!

I went here during the Christmas promotion for the first time and I tried their signature limited edition for Christmas Elderberry with Elderflower Espuma.
For me, the price of 1 bowl little bit pricy although it is in promotion. The ice is smoother than Malaysian signature ABC. The mix taste of a little bit sour, sweet and icy really suits me well. The portion of 1 bowl can make me full although I shared it with my other 2 friends. The staff service is very friendly as if you are first timer customer here and did not know about Kakigori at all, she will guide and tell you some of signature dish that you can choose.The environment with jazz song (maybe) makes me feel comfortable and relax while enjoying the food. The shop is clean.
However if you come here, the staff will give you number to wait and pick up your meal at the wooden shelf and after finish your food, you need to put your bowl to the counter kitchen. Somehow it shows the culture of Japan and yeah, it is nice and make me impress.
Very nice interior, highly recommended for instagrammers as the lights are very well placed and the setting of the place is also very well thought. There's some jazz music playing in the background through a beats pill, not too loud.
The place utilizes a self service concept. You order & pay at the counter, then pick your order up by the shelves and send it to the back when you're done. Definitely not for lazy people 😂 The cashier and the waitress also knew the products well.
We had the Watermelon kakigori which is an interesting mix of Watermelon, rose espuma and red fruits. My girlfriend said the red puree ice thingy was abit too sweet but in my opinion, it was just right. Wasn't too sweet nor too tasteless. Loved the rose espuma, they say it's handmade custard. It had a whipped cream texture.
Definitely worth a try!
Lovely service from the moment my partner and I stepped in.Tried the creme Catalana with brûlée bananas. Portion was just right, enough for one, perfect for sharing too. Lovely decor and the place practices self service, which I don't mind at all. Would definitely visit again. Flavours rotate, there are festive flavours out for Christmas 😋
Nice place with an interesting self-service concept. Simple and nice deco with a nice little transparent segment of roof in the middle to let in natural light. Pay at the counter then wait your number, and pickup at what looks like wooden lockers without doors.
I had the Tiramisu. I liked the sweet Tiramisu cream on top. There was also cream hidden in the middle. I think it's Japanese dessert but it looks to me like an upmarket version of our local ice kacang.
