Food was fantastic-! Had the porki platter, Thai BBQ chicken chop and also the bacon wrapped enoki mushrooms. All delicious and flavorful. Definitely coming back for more in the future.
Must order the sago pudding! Right amount of sweet and creamy with a hint of saltiness.
The signature skewers are flavourful and delicious. The green milk tea popsicle is nice too, too bad they are out of the beverage when we visited that night. The ingredient in tomyam is very fresh, spicy enough, but can be more flavourful.
Can be quite crowded because the restaurant is quite small, also a little loud as everyone's having a good time. Toilet is acceptable but there's room for improvement. Moderate service.
A very succulent Pork platter that complements an authentic Tom Yum noodle main course. Washed down with a generous serving of red rubies dessert, in thick and cool icy creamy coconut milk. Kudos to prompt and attentive customer service !!! Two thumbs way up!!
Foods are presented nicely and tasted great. Service was good. I will definitely be going back again for the rest of dishes and will bring along my hubby :)
Plus, thank you for offering us free ice cream after the meal! It tastes good too! We like it so much!
Recommend this shop kaa Thai noodles and Thai food nice same Thai ppl cook service good food good Dee Mak Mak kaa
Yummy and reasonable price for the portion that served. Will visit again.
The lemongrass pandan drink(rm4+) 👍👍was very refreshing and worth the price for the size given. The mango sticky rice is nice price is abit on the high side(rm10.90). Hope there will be more noodle choices available it the set menu.maybe can also play som soft soothing music in the background since it can be abit quiet at certain times of the day.
An oldie but a goodie!
This cafe has a nice and relax decor inside and the staff here is lovely! They specialised in the various pork dishes and we really enjoyed their grill and skewers.
The portions were reasonable and they do get busy on the weekend.
The few time visit here, such a nice Thai restaurant in pj. Their pork are nice but one bad thing is the sausage is too oily
Really have a nice waitress here(but don’t know what race is she, but it’s no Chinese)
Can come again and again
👍🏻 Food: red Ruby quite nice.
Thai Green Milk Tea so-so.
Porki fried rice good!
👍🏻 $$$: Quite cheap the price.
👍🏻 Service: Went around 4pm still quite a lot of people. Waitress friendly.
✅ Will definitely go back again!
They have good food. We had a platter, bacon fried rice and green curry rice. The platter has 5 type of meat with different flavors. So far so good except for the service as you can't really spot the waiters in the dining area.
It’s a budget place to fix your cravings for Thai food! Apart from the pic below, I’ve ordered 10 bowls of boat noodles, one fried rice, 3 snacks, and a cup of Thai milk tea. Their boat noodles’ portion is like three spoonful of rice noodle and it taste just nice. But the grilled squid was just moderate compared to the other two snacks I’ve ordered. It’s still worth a try when you don’t know where to hangout for dinner or lunch!
Saw some good reviews and decided to give it a try. Indeed, the foods were great overall. Tried the boat noodle, green curry pork rice, pad thai and the bbq pork slices. Thumbs up especially for the bbq pork. The curry could be better. Would love to try the other dishes if I were to visit again.
Saw this restaurant long time ago and finally got to try on it. First thought of this restaurant was selling western cuisines. After checking on the menu only realised this is a Thai concept restaurant. Ordered green curry rice and their BBQ pork. Green curry rice was spicy for my level while the BBQ pork taste a bit similar with the original BBQ pork in Thailand.
Ordered the porki bacon fried rice, fried rice with pork skewers, chicken feet salad and pad thai.
1.B-A-C-O-N. Ntg to complain if ure not a vegan, vegetarian or halal eaters.
2.The fried rice is always good when you get the char taste from the wok and that's the taste you get from their fried rice dishes. Not sure whether they are using high btu stove or not.
3.Lights on the skewers guys, white pepperish taste on a nicely marinated and grilled pure lean meat yet tender and juicy pork skewers is the thing and only thing you need to come here for.
4.As for chicken feet salad, preference wise, it can be a bit more sour and spicy, because fish sauce kinda bossing here.
5.For Pad Thai, have to pass on this, it was super spicy and tasteless, in the sense of, theres no salt/soy sauce/fish sauce taste, just bland. Was expecting at least like Gordon's Pad Thai, not real pad Thai according to Thai MasterChef, but monks still eat the heaven out of it. Maybe thinking it as char kuey teow.
*All these are based on my orders through honestbee delivery, hence I don't see things like porki bacon or pad Thai on zomato's menu.*
This place is cosy and serves amazing food! It's really affordable and the value sets are so worth it! One of my favorite Thai restaurants for sure ❤
I really enjoy the porky concept! Boat noodle is a bit blend. Need more spices and flavor. The bbq pork on the stick is delicious. Tender and juicy. Tomyam soup with Thai noodles is so delicious!
foods not bad but service a bit lousy. ordered 2 fried chicken but came 1.. said forgotten the other 1. kept asking the order. kept saying wait.... not even say sorry. waited for another 15mins, still fried chicken was not ready. eventually cancelled my ordered as we need to go bck office. what a bad lunch !
Have #FriedPineappleRice & #IceLemonTea At Here yesterday 8-10-2017 afternoon 2:30 P:M . With my best friend Loke Swee Kiong ❤❤ Their Fried Pineapple Rice🖒🖒 Will Recommend Frens come here.
Discovered this place thanks to Zomato (thankiuuuu!!)
Food: I am not a fans of fusion food. So my opinion can be bias, but I would say their green curry series can be improvised. Too sweet for our likings. However, the BBQ pork platter is awesome! Rate 6.5/10
Ambiance: A little crowded and loud when it is full house. Well nothing wrong with it as you can be loud too😉.
Service: No complain
Crowd: It is crowded. (You know what it means)
Come again: Yes! with bunch of friends for the platter.
My rating is purely my honest opinion.
I gives 1 for "Badly Shape", 2 for "Nothing Special", 3 for "Worthy Goods", 4 for "Very Good", 5 for "I Beg you to TRY this"
Tried the pork platter, tomyum noodles and also the Thai milk tea. Food overall was very good! This is my second time here and definitely would come back. Waiters could be a little hectic during busy hours, but normally service would be fine.
True to their promises, their pork dishes are really good so far. The meat is served juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Worth a try if you haven't!
First time come here to try the food, the food ok only no like that much good. But if you never come here before can make a try and their waiters are friendly.
So far the BBQ porki skewer here was the best among other "thai pork skewer" that I had in Malaysia 👍Hot Lemon grass pandan is recommended, not to forget their homemade ice lolly which consist of 3 different flavors (** try all the flavors if you can because all of them are super super nice 😍)BTW their foods did not impressed me much
Food is fantastic. Ambient is good. Very special chilli which is very very tasty. I had Pandan chicken and grill pork rice. Superb. Lots of variety.
Love the food.
Big portion and spicy.
Drink still fine.
But it would be better if the ventilation are good, because of the bbq smoke.
First visit to The Porki Society, ordered a Platter, a Thai Noodle, Seafood Tom Yam, Thai Milk Coffee & Thai Milk Green Tea. Food is tasty, drinks are nice. Will visit again.
Nice food!!!!
Tried the Platter, delicious but cutter fish a bit hard, can't bite it at all ta...hope can improve next time...
The Thai Noodle nice and my daughter likes it so much!
The Seafood Tomyam is nice, I asked for less spicy and really very tasty!!!
Food portion was a bit bigger than we expected. Main dishes (green curry fried rice and 4 types of noodles) were flavourful. Loved the sausage and skewer bbq meat as well. Green tea milk wasn't quite the usual Matcha latte we usually have at other restaurant, but it had an aromatic roasted flavour. Dessert (sago pudding which came with the set) was just amazing. The fragrant gula Melaka and the thick santan was just the right thing to finish of a satisfying meal. Will be back to try out other dishes.
From Small Boat Noodles, dry is the best.
Porki platter and rinds, definitely Porki Rinds win.
Fried abalone mushroom taste good with recipe sauce.
Green Papaya Salad surf best too.
Remember eat tom yam fried rice as signature meal but dun drink with tom yam soup on the same.
Durian D24 ice cream is best among all favourites there.
Lastly, thanks to Zomato's invitation and the boss
for new dish, fried quil egg .
Deep fried abalone mushrooms came with a nice spicy mayo ish sauce. I like it. The mushrooms were not overcook.
Boat noodles were awesome. I loved both the dry and soup version. Flavourful, balanced sour, sweet, spicy and hint of nuttiness.
Tom yum and fried rice was just ok.
Loved the Porki Platter. Accompanying spicy and sour sauce was great. Stuffed squid was tough though. Spicy Thai sausages was great with a nice spicy kick at the end. Pork skewers were well marinated and has a nice sweet caramel and i think lemongrass flavour.
For dessert, the Takoh was nice. Slightly salty coconut pudding on the top nicely contrasts the sweet corn jelly beneath.
My favourite had to be the D24 Durian ice cream. So very good. Tastes like the one in Kek Seng Penang. Strong durian flavour mixed into beautiful creamy ice cream.
Had the combo B, but the pork skewer tasted abit undercooked. Very hard to bite into as opposed to the other pork skewers I've tried. Boat noodles were fine, the Thai iced milk tea was okay too 🤔
Thanks for the BBQ Porki with Chilli Sauce and drink from Upocket and The Porki Society. The porki tastes like sate, really nice. Will visit again. 😊
Love the feel of the place. Love the options. The stuffed squid and the special sauce are awesome! Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu especially dessert.
So far the best pork skewer ever tried, it's so authetic real meat taste, every bite is so unforgettable juiciness, other than that, squid with minced pork and pork ball also my new favourite, if with some cooling dishes after all these would be perfect!
Quite authentic Thai food in PJ. Especially the roasted pork and boat noodle! Fried Kang Kung also surprised me. Recommend Thai milk green tea, grill platter, the pork quality is difference from others!
Asian Fusion Eating Place. Best pork place I ever had so far! Best to share with 3 people. Pork skewer, the cuttlefish roll and the pork balls are a MUST try! Worth it! Cozy and chill environment for me to hangout and have lunch together especially in hot weather.
Unexpected hipster cafe tucked in Taman Paramount, same row as the KFC. Somehow boat noodles tasted good when served with pork. Pork balls and milk green tea are really good. Reasonably priced. Parking may be a challenge since Taman Paramount is always busy during meal times. Worth a visit.
The Porki Society serves all types of pork dishes. Their main dish is boat noodle. The boat here is served with pork. Click my blog link to read more:

My Sunday routine is pretty straightforward. After a glass or two of quality wine on Saturday night (not always but wish quality wine is affordable), I sleep in late, wake up, laze around and if I feel like cooking, well, nasi goreng/fried rice with anything goes I cook. Otherwise, its coffee shop food. However, last Sunday was a different story all together. At the invitation of The Porki Society's team, I was at their restaurant - the latest food freebie in Sea Park which specialises in authentic Thai food and truly a porki society.
Having previously lived within this area for about 17 years, crystal clear I was with the direction. Actually it was my half-half who willingly and happily drove me to Jalan 21/9 (same row as KFC) and I got down after noticing the prominent black signboard.
Order many many bowls of boat noodle so that you can get full. We all like varieties, With boat noodles you can have dry and soup with meehoon and rice noodle in one meal.

The taste was good I have to say. Nevertheless, my 100% vote is for the soupy version. Don't get me wrong. It's just that for me, broth based noodles has always been a preferred choice. I ate and it struck me then - the noodle dishes are somewhat similar to the boat noodles, which seems to be a big thing in the food industry.
The Moo Luak Chim Signature Pork is marinated with alcohol , tender chewy meat but incredibly addicted . the cook time was just the right time...must try item.
