Really amazing food. Nice ambience away from sun and not crowded. The price seemed a bit pricey but when we got our food the ESP was great, I was disappointed by how small my Melaka ELVIS pancakes was until I bit into it. Delicious. We had terrible food the previous day so it was such a good experience. We loved the ginger honey drink too. Very good for palette cleansing and thick with honey. Quite a different experience from the cafes in Singapore. Our plates were clean by the end of it.

This cafe is really a gem. Went on a weekday morning (not crowded at all), and the decor was unique. Best of all, the food! Ordered ESP (german sausage, eggs and potatoes that were very savoury), Melaka Elvis (coconut pancakes with banana, really good) and a ginger honey tea (not the diluted stuff at all). All 3 soared past our expectations! Will definitely return.

This is a nice cafe with well decorated background especially the menu board outside the cafe and the cuisine is delicious and scrumptious.Besides, the aroma of the coffee is nice with the most friendly waitress that I never seen before in this jonker streets area.

Ambiance and natural lighting of the whole cafe gave it a light and easy feel. Artwork and rustic trinkets throughout the cafe made it welcoming and gave the place an artsy feel to it. The owner is a well rounded person with years of experience and has crafted the menu based on his creativity and palate. The meals essentially are simple, hearty and comforting. We tried the mushroom soup, mushroom omelette, walnut on toast with cream cheese and the Melaka Elvis. Accompanied with that were long black and vanilla latte. All meals were cooked with heart and what's even more captivating is that the staff force are made up of a diverse range of workers. From frothing milk to prep to cooking, the workers are skilled and strive to present a quality food. It's not everyday you meet employers who are willing to invest in skill training for migrant workers and committing to scrumptious food while at it. Keep up the good work and thank you for giving migrant workers a chance!

Very serene environment, away from the busy walk of jonker street and afternoon hot sun, instant cooling effect with good natural air ventilation in this cafe , our table was in the inner hall, wooden furniture surrounded with colorful wall paintings and a small "garden". Passion fruit juice (fresh) is a must try

Salted Egg Yolk Spaghetti (somewhat a local specialty) is a must try, had a relaxing weekday lunch there after my business meeting in Malacca and thumbs up to both of you Jakir and Yati for your hospitality during my visit.

A homely cafe that serves authentic real food, as oppose to other commercialized western food. A definite heads-up!
