this one is located besides saravana bhavan. i have a fiend to is also a foodie and is fond of food served by sin kee. this is located in heart of KL sentral, i used to have their black pepper chicken with egg chicken fried rice, the best part of this is they serve chilli, with small peices of ginger and soya sauce, that was awesome flavor to add on rice. a very crowded place during ofc lunch and cheap too.
