Went here twice when I was in Malaysia!!
Food tasted really good
Highly recommend the dosa and the starters
I was in Kuala Lumpur from 04 this to 07 November 2019. Three times I had food at and from this place. This place is pure vegetarian Indian hotel and it provides best food. Please try Ghee Dosa Roast with Filter coffee , it's mesmerising. I had two Ghee Dosa Roast. Whenever I will be in Kuala Lumpur I will dine at Sangeetha Restaurant only. For Indian folks travelling to Kuala Lumpur and requiring home like food this is the best restaurant to visit. Thank you team Sangeetha for everything. Your food made my trip awesome and comfortable.
My colleague and I visited this restaurant for dinner.
We ordered the following food items :-
1. Butter Dosai
2. Parotha (with curry)
The food items tasted nice.
The decor and ambiance was ok.
I will like to give a rating of 3.5/5.
I have been in Love with this place since I have moved to Kuala Lumpur.
The ambience is neat and decent air-conditioned seating is provided. The staff is well groomed and menu is as elaborate as it gets.
Their South Indian as well as North Indian food tastes superb. The service is very quick and serving portions are also nice.
Have tried it repeatedly for Lunches and dinners and had a nice experience every single time.
Perfect place for South Indian food. The staffs were very polite and decent. Must visit if you want an Indian food restaurant. Will visit it again.
Perfect south Indian food when away from India. The place is a bit difficult to locate. But once you are there try anything from their menu they will surely keep up to your expectations. We ordered a masala dosa and a Chole bhatura. Both tasted like the ones we have In India. Extremely satisfied.
Highly recommended!! Finally we found Indian restaurant in Kuala Lumpur and it was great. Food was tasty and filling. We had taken punjabi thali and jain thali, both were yummy with Complimentary ice cream and tomato soup. South Indian thali is only available during lunch time. Thank you!
Thank you for keeping a pure vegetarian restaurant in place like Malaysia..I am a Jain and faced many trouble finding good pure vegetarian Indian food. Really appreciate and indeed the food is good with reasonable price. All thr best!
Went here for lunch.. Very authentic Indian food.. They should have a non vegetarian outlet too..
We ordered couple of dishes.. Puri set.. Which I wished had more potato veggie than sambhar, that is how its served in India atleast.. Ball noodles.. Oh god then I realized that how much i miss Indian Chinese food.. This was just proper.. Then finally we had Paneer biryani which I felt could have been better..
Staff was pretty good.. The service was quick.
Keep Hogging,

By far the best South Indian food in KL.The taste is authentic South Indian. If you love sweets try thier basandi. Pongel vada and Paper dosa are worth a try.
One of the best South Indian Rest. In Kualalumpur. The food was so tasty one cannot resist. There are so many options for eating either North/SouthIndian or Chinese dishes.ambieance is good. We tried mostly different types of dosa.
Nice food and good ambience. Easily one of the better places to satisfy your Indian food cravings without a doubt. Also, when you have Saravana Bhawan opposite, you will automatically need to maintain high standards. :) Recommended.
During our visit to Kuala Lumpur from 11th to 15th June 2018,we visited this restaurant for lunch once. The restaurant, located just opposite Saravana Bhavan restaurant and on Lebuh Ampang, famous for many Indian restaurants, serves delicious vegetarian snacks--both south and north indian and also lunch/dinner.
One of the Best INDIAN Pure Veg Restaurant in KL City Area.
Little over priced.
Location : Very Good
Ambience : Very Good
Taste : Very Good
Quality : Very Good
Price : Costly.
Today lunch I had it here. The place is pure vegetarian which means the crowd are filtered in otherwise highly non veg consuming city. This also means per item cost is very high. I had chapati and soup as I was exhausted eating same food everyday. Chapathi were made super thin. Entire Chapathi can be folded and can be consumed in one shot. It was served with aloo curry and veg gravy both of which are exceptionally good. I also had veg soup which had very less salt and few of the vegetables that are undercooked. But it was very much eatable. All the dishes we had on plate tasted food. The place is very clean. Service is moderately fast. Very easily located near to may bank tower where I work. I would love to visit this place only the cost that scares me out. If you want authentic Indian food then this is the place. I would love to visit this place again.
This restaurant was referred by a a local person from the hotel.
Fabulous food, awesome taste and if you like sweets trust me this is the place which is heaven for you.
After dinner we used to have sweets from this place.
Sitting into this restaurant you would never feel that you are not India.
The food quality is awesome, service is best.
Do visit this restaurant :)
Best then The Best , Specially Yadav Ji .
Awesome Bhelpuri / Yummy Noodles / Paneer Tikka Masala at its Best .
Wonderful Staff .
Wonderful Location just on walking distance to China Town .
This Indian restaurant is located on Lebuh Ampang between Jalan Tun Perak and Jalan Gereja where there are a dozen other Indian restaurants on this 100 metre stretch of road which makes for intense competition where you have to be good to survive. And so it proved that for the Punjabi Thali which I tried for lunch was wonderfully tasty meal.
Granted this is not the cheap meals you'd get down in the Brickfields area for under 10RM but my lunch here came with a soup and ice-cream desert and I'd happily paid the extra for excellent attentive service, cold air-cond, and a spotlessly clean eating environment. There are other Indian restaurants to try out in this street but I walked away knowing I'd be back to sample more from the menu.
this is perfect place to tried indian snacks in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. but little inexpensive though but worth of single penny. this samosa and the chatni was really delicious
Sangeetha is one of the finest Indian restaurant outside India I have seen and visited.
the staff there are very quick and specially the Sangeetha has wide variety of sweets which are famous and familiar in the town.
when we entered we saw a huge crowd sitting and chatting and foreigners on the other hand having fun on the table while food is being served hot to all of them.
we ordered Punjabi thali, plain dosa and rava dosa.
it was so fresh that we crave for more and again ordered idli sambhar and lassi
Very nice and tasty food. Good ambience. Reasonable price. Average per person 20-25 RM. Location is excellent in the city centre and easy access
You will get a lot of variety at this place.
I have tried all the starters here and the best ones are veg spring roll and and chilly panner. If you want to have anything in South Indian food ,try out onion tomato oathappam.
For main course the best combination can be panner butter masala with naan ,if you want to make it more buttery you can go for butter naan with masala Papad. Ask for boondi Raita also.
If you want to try anything in Chinese ,try out schezwan noodles .
Do not forget to have dessert after your meal. My all time favourite and simple and sweet is vanilla ice cream .If you want to have little more sweet take gulab jamun and have it with your vanilla ice cream.
Excellent food cannot imagine I ate food at KL which is equal to India standard, delicious food, lot of varieties must try Indian vegetarian restaurant
This is an Indian Restaruant which is located in Central Market around KLCC. It is located in front of Sravana Bhawan. This place is a pure vegetarian restaurant and serves South Indian food with a wide variety of Menu to chose from. It has a large array of Indian sweets and one must try these in foreign land. For Indians particularly vegetarians this is a one stop which they cannot afford to miss.
If you are a fan of South Indian cuisine, this is the place in KL.
You will get all the dishes with the authentic taste. Filter coffee is a must.
We ordered north indian dishes here and the food tasted above average. Service was pretty slow and i also felt the pricing was little expensive when compared to other restaurants in the same area.
A nice little place tucked in Masjid India area. There are a lot of other options in the vicinity but we decided to give this place a try.
We went for the mini tiffin, rava masala dosa and coffee. The service was pretty quick and the quality of food too was good.
I have tried South Indian food at few places in Kl. The meal at Sangeetha was best. Typical Tamil test. Service was good. Only negative was quantity of rice. It was too less. The extra rice plate was still smaller. For the price they are charging the quantity should be unlimited or more. But over all experience was good, satisfying.
well, overall the foods really above average. one meal serve with sweet, salty and herbs. worth to come back, only their Teh tarik texture really should improve more. milk more than tea. love the little donut with just right salty after I taste the sweet.
In a mood for veg delicacies ? THIS IS THE PLACE! Period. Their chili cauliflower is crazy. Their ghee roast deserves a national prize. Their tastes cannot be expressed through words. It has to be felt.
Great Indian vegetarian food...
Happy with the overall experience.
The pricing is very reasonable.and service is apt and prompt.
The taste is typical Indian :)

Excellent experience. One of the few restaurants in KL that is opened after 10pm. Get yourself surprised by their great north Indian punjabi thali that is accompanied by soup and later on, ice cream!
Awesome mouth watering dosa and mini idli. Best rm 50 spent in KL.
Superb location ! Always crowded and most of them are tourists ! Tandoori items are lip smacking . North Indian dishes failed to match those taste and quality . South dosa varieties are good . Must visit this place if you are a South Indian foodie!
this one we used to visit very frequently, during ofc or after ofc hrs. a small south indian restaurant in the street of masjid jamek metro stesen,
you'll get thali and mostly all south indian food, mostly crowded, food taste is gud.
