Just returned from holiday in KK , had the most amazing meals during our stay here at the Brass Monkey , Raja is a completely genuine beautiful man who's personal attention to his restaurant and customers makes the meal even better , cannot fault this establishment in any way , our special needs son even was happy and comfortable, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff , highly recommended ���������

I've been a fan since I first arrived in Malaysia back in 2010. I've always been impressed with the genuinely caring and attentive staff. But what makes this place even more special is the Chef/Owner Raja. If there was an international award for hospitality he would win it and it wouldn't even be close. Now, while I am upset with myself for having not left a review prior to now. I have a story I'd like to share. As the saying goes "great leadership trickles down" I think that is the perfect quote to describe Brass Monkey. On Christmas day, my wife and I were so busy rather than having a typical day to truly enjoy as a family. We didn't have time to go out for dinner so I set off to get some takeaway. Knowing that Brass Monkey had a special Christmas menu I had yet to try I went there. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I realized they had forgotten to give me one of the mains I ordered. I called and the floor manager Robert Hii not only was he sincere in his response, but personally drove the 15-20 minutes to deliver it to my house. I can honestly say that Brass Monkey helped make our Christmas complete and that act of kindness is not out of the ordinary for the Brass Monkey team who exemplify the most important aspect of running a successful restaurant. Top notch customer service. They saved our Christmas and my wife was able to experience the American xmas dinner tradition of Turkey and a plethora of other wonderful food after a tiring day. :-) Go here!
