Love Gourmet Trails, especially the wine tastings!! I'm always able to find hard to get items here and specialty goods. They even try to find things for you if they don't have it.
We had a minor issue with an item. I have contacted the store via Facebook to see how they can help solve the issue. The customer service I have received was fantastic. It was fast, efficient and we did not just got refunded/or exchange an item that had a slight issue but we were offered free lunch by way of apology for the inconvenience. The lunch was a nice treat but the way in which this issue was handled was absolutely fantastic, 10/10. Thank you!
Great selection of grocery products, from meats, cold cuts and cheeses. Love the feel of the place..

Just what we needed around the corner. Great selection of items and if what you want is not there .... just ask. Manager very keen to get in what people want. Cafe side opening within a week or so.
