We had high tea(Nuts About Coconut)n Wok Styled Dinner Buffet last Sunday n honestly speaking, we were truly impressed by the delicious food n the wonderful service provided by both Axis Lounge n Makan Kitchen. Very warm, welcoming n very professional. Special thanks to the Manager of Makan Kitchen, Syamsheir, for your impeccable service ya..we enjoyed your recommendations sehhh...everything in Makan Kitchen were seriously delicious! Must try is the Chilli Bean Crabs freshly prepared by the chinese chef at the Chinese Station n the Assam Pedas n Cili Padi also freshly prepared by Chef Mahathir at the Malay Station. And of course the gorgeous Durian Cake is to die for!!! Not forgetting the beautiful n creative food display at all 3 stations in Makan Kitchen. Oh yeah thanks again for the surprise bday cake n making my husband's birthday a really memorable one!

It’s a beautiful place for a family to have a wonderful vacation the staffs were really nice and when you arrive to check in you will get a cookies as door gift and it’s serve hot and taste amazing (with milk is better ) and food there was great but could be improved. I had a great time with my family while staying even for a night.

Service was impeccable, warmth & great hospitality. The Seafood Buffet was fantastic, all the seafood served were fresh and the buffet spread was awesome. It’s always nice to dine here, my family enjoyed the food. Looking forward to come back again, truly wonderful dinner experience

I stayed with my family for 2 nights earlier this week and loved it very much. The services were all good from the bellboys up to the front office and F&B staff. I like the idea of complimentary freshly baked cookies for all guests during check in (which I got again during check out) and I am happy with the huge basement parking area which is very near to the elevators. No complain whatsoever on the room, room amenities and the facilities (gym, sauna & pool) which are up to their standards. Their breakfast buffet spread was more than sufficient and delicious too. They allowed free breakfast for my 1 child and allowed me to check out late at 2.00 pm and gave me free parking throughout my stay which are bonuses to me. The check in and out process were very fast and efficient. All in all, highly recommended and value for your money. I will come again next time after I have experienced another 4*/5* (after another one I stayed last month) in Johor Bahru for me to make a better comparison. Keep up a good work DoubleTree Hilton!
First try their seafood dinner buffet on 30/06/18. Their service,food,environment only a word ~~ awesome!!!
I think your breakfast is second to none,so is your service,BUT,i am struggling to understand why your baked beans,sauteed potato and vegetable in cream,should be in the Malay kitchen.

Really loved the hotel. Good value for money. Great amenities and super helpful and friendly staffs. Staffs was super apologetic that they can’t give me side by side room and double checked 3 times to make sure of it. The welcome cookie is a nice touch and got a free upgrade to ensure at least the rooms are in the same floor �
