I went to the branch in jusco tebrau with my family. The service was quite nice. The waiter served politely even that two persons were telling him the our order at d same time. He also took order for us patiently. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. It is worth to eat with good service. I recommend their steak and chicken chop v cheese sauce. Their drinks are very special. The waiting time for the food was quite fast. There were almost full when we were there. The lady boss asked politely if we were happy to have the meal one by one. Although the kitchen made mistake for the degree of doneness for the steak, the lady boss were willing to change and waived for the steak after we showed the photo as proof. (She didn't ask for the photo, but we showed her when she asked how the steak looked like.) She explained that they have to train new chef, so they gave chances to practise. She apologies to us for their mistake. We also understood their situation. We forgave and had the meal happily coz of her good service. A good restaurant is not only the food but the service. I saw the comments and rate for others were not quite good for other branches in penang. But i am sure the one in johor is under quality control. They might keep improving their service. So do give them chances to become better! Jia you!
