Craftisan dessert shop is filled with simple yet elegant interior design, making the dessert shop perfect all in all out. From the beautiful stairway, up to the brightly lit cafe and with freshly brewed cafe aroma filling in the air. The barista and all the staffs in the shop are friendly and kind, always with a smile on their face, making one feel like home while being in the shop. I definitely will come back again, yearning for another cup of latte.
A hidden gem in Penang! Superb ambience, nice interior, very comfortable and I will never get tired of it! Yummy gelato and the sandwich is a must!

The best thing about this place is the friendly and courteous service from all the waiters and waitresses. Love its simple cosy and comfy ambience. We had our lunch at the Soul cafe downstairs. Adjourned to The Craftisan upstairs for coffee and homemade gelato. Will definitely come back again.
